Our story
Competence is not theory.
Founded by Scott Conroy, SSC Assessments brings together over 40 years of hands-on engineering and mechanical maintenance experience with specialist expertise in vocational assessment, internal quality assurance and competence systems.
That experience spans oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, automotive, seismic exploration and international engineering operations—including critical plant, rotating equipment, maintenance and workforce development.
Today, SSC is evolving into a specialist competence assurance consultancy. We help organisations define what their people need to do, establish credible ways to evidence it, identify and close gaps, and maintain a clear line of assurance over time.
